Wanted to love it, but can only like.

The bag is great for travel and for everyday use. Size is nice, fits my computer and then some. My issue is that two of the four prongs at the bottom broke off after the 2nd time I used the bag. I can't put the bag anywhere bit on the floor for fear of it ripping fabric. I don't like to put my bags on the floor. This is a major inconvenience. If not for this I would have loved the bag.
