open spiral elastic ends sharp

All but one of the rubber bands have protective end caps. The one with the coil ends is uncoated and one of the coils scratched my cheek. A scratch isn't that bad, but the product should be safe to use. I covered the ends with two layers of washi tape but it still can't be used because the end of the spool is still sharp.
