I like how easy it is for our visitors to sign in by using their email addresses rather than having them give us a username or password every time they visit. The software sometimes lags when we have large groups at one location such as weddings that last more then two days! This can cause issues if you try to run reports after closing hours because some things will not be able to calculate correctly due to lag times between computers/tabs etc - so this should definitely be taken into account before purchasing any system. We are solving many problems relating to guest access within our office buildings which has made life much easier over the past year since implementing HVP's services.
