Very good job, but needs a bit of TLC to bring it up to date! This was a great starting point for me as it helped to see if there was any value in my ideas.
Good job, but needs a bit of TLC to bring it up to date! This was a great starting point for me as it helped to see if there was any value in my ideas. However, some sections needed updating (e.g. the 'Assumptions' section) and some sections didn't have enough information to allow valuation. Some of the other templates seemed quite outdated and would benefit from being updated. I feel that this template could do with some updates. Very helpful resource. Easy-to-understand explanation of each step. Useful references provided at the end which will save time when looking through more sources online. A very good example of how you should present your project and its viability.
Pros
- Very easy to use, clear instructions included with examples of what to input and what to look out for.
- Nice and tidy presentation.
Cons
- This may cause some confusion or lead to extra work due to the lack of detail in the steps
- Without these, it's difficult to judge whether your idea is feasible.
- Only one company name listed in the pros and cons.
