Clear picture and high refresh rate. Bought as one of the cheapest 120Hz monitors I could find at the time. I had a display problem after about a year, the support team was very easy to deal with and responded quickly. The only complaint I had about the process was that I had to pay them for shipping (they paid for the return once they fixed it). When I've sent returns to other manufacturers in the past, they usually just send me a shipping label.
