I'm a runner that runs in Texas and it's hot there. I bought many different bottles and running belts with bottles attached. At the December run I bought a running belt with small bottles. The small bottles that come with the belt are syringe bottles and they keep dripping down my leg. I started looking for bottles that would fit on my belt. These bottles are great because the black cap seals my liquid and reconstituted Nuun pill in the bottle until I need it. It's a bit of a hassle to get the bottle in the holder the first time or two, but it works a lot better. I don't run down my legs when I run, so I have more moisture when I run.
