Easy installation - all holes match - and works very well. It's nice not to hear the old clap of an old windshield wiper gear. A NOTICE. Be sure to mark the position between the old shifter on the motor shaft before removing it. This allows the new transmission lever to be correctly positioned on the motor shaft (the motor shaft is smooth and without a key).
