Doesn’t last, poor quality
We bought these as new homeowners as we put in new high hats in our house. We were very happy with our purchase for the 1st year and a half, but out of the pack of 12 we have 6 that do not work anymore and we are less than 2 years from purchase. Very disappointed in the quality as it says they should have a lifespan of up to 13 years and we only use the lights for maybe 2 hours/dayThe product said it had a 5 year warranty which we would have been excited to use and maybe it was only a few bad eggs in the batch but there was no one on customer service to reach out to and get replacements. Was hopeful it would work out but in the long run it did not
