Great for cookie cutters
I bought these cookie cutter mats and they are great for that. They didn't work as well with cookie drops (chocolate chips, raisins, peanut butter). The cookie dough will get stuck in the holes, making the cookies difficult to remove. But again, they work great with pine sugar cookies and other cookie dough recipes.
