Frustrating Online Shopping at LIFEFAIR

When looking for a Christmas tree and holiday decorations for my home, I had high hopes for LIFEFAIR's online store. However, my experience was nothing short of a fiasco. First of all, getting it shipped was a huge hassle. Even though I was told my package will come in 7-10 business days, it ended up taking almost a month to get here. I called customer support to ask what was taking so long, but they were completely useless and vague. The products' terrible quality was immediately apparent upon arrival. The Christmas tree's branches were narrow and irregular, not full like in the online photo. The holiday decorations were poorly crafted and not at all like the picture online. The process of returning the item was just as aggravating. It was tough to get a refund because of the unresponsive and useless customer support person. I spent a lot of time on the phone and in email trying to get my money back. In general, shopping at LIFEFAIR's website was a terrible experience for me. I will never use this firm again, nor would I ever suggest them to anybody else.
