Update: Towel rail worked for 3 months and then stopped. I contacted the company through Revain. They said to leave the non-working one and send a new one. To send them our address and telephone number. I have made. They sent a tracking number, but when the delivery notification came, the tracking number was linked to a Florida address. We tried twice to contact the company. No Answer. And they delayed the release for so long that we couldn't return it to Revain for credit because it expired on January 31, 2021. 1 day after being notified that the tracking number included with the package has been sent to Florida and delivered to the buyer. Do not buy from the company! We bought it to dry towels in humid Texas. It was harder than my husband thought and it's very comfortable. My big suggestion is to have instructions on how to use it. He said there weren't any. So we had to play around with it and the timer to figure out how to turn it on and set the timer and what works best here. We considered just leaving it on all the time, but we weren't sure if it was safe.
