Great as a USB-C to USB-C charger for your phone or as a power cord for your laptop's external light source. It's long enough, durable, and looks like Apple is willing to pay big bucks for it. However, no data is transferred from my 4K camera to the computer. It wouldn't even recognize him. So far, this is the only USB-C cable that doesn't transfer data. So this is a big disappointment for me. The description is very short, and while the Amazon page says "Also supports USB 2 for syncing and transferring data between USB-C devices," that just wasn't my experience. Bottom line: If you want a cheap charging cable, it should work just fine. If you need a USB-C cable for something else, this might not be for you.
