Important! Be sure to drill the pilot holes!

These felt pads are the BOMB. I fixed all 8 of my chairs in about 10 minutes including drilling pilot holes. PEOPLE: DRILL FILLING HOLES OR YOU WILL BE BOUND! I tried without pre-drilling and sure enough the nail was bent and mangled. Using a tiny drill bit, drill a hole in the center bottom of the chair leg and hammer the pads into it. This is a very simple and great solution to protect your furniture and floors.
