The broom comes I assembled, but It is easy to put together.

Two metal pieces click onto the brush and pan, and the rest of the pieces screw together.The pan folds in, so it is easy to hang the broom and pan together in a closet or on a wall.The brush is good quality, and the bristles can be cleaned using a set of teeth in the pan. The whole piece feels sturdy and fairly easy to handle .The only issue we could find with the unit is that the space between the lip if the pan and the teeth used to clean the bristles is too short, making it too easy to let the brush hit the top of the dust pan.Other than that, this is a solid value, worth buying for sweeping in and outside the house.
