I order this brand of self tanner because it had good reviews, and I read a bunch of reviews saying for first time beginners to get the love at first tan, so with trying self tanner for the first time, I ordered it. Im highly disappointed. You definitely need to wait at least 4 hours for the color to develop into a nice color. The first time I waited an hour, and the colored seemed nice, so after an hour I washed it off and I was pale again, all the color washed off. So I did a second coat, and waited longer. I did have to re-apply on my legs because I walked outside and I couldn’t see anything. I did self tan my hands but I just took left over tanner and rub it into my hands, well big mistake. The color turned out nice, but I do feel like some parts you can tell I’m tan and other parts it’s hard to tell. I ordered a different bottle to test out and see if it works differently. If you are using self tanner, walk outside or be around natural lightening to see how it’s developing, i thought my hands looked fine, and then my boyfriend and I went and got food and my were so orange from the tanner. It was embarrassing. Overall, it’s not a bad product but there are probably better self tanners out there, I’m going to give it another try and see how it goes.
