I have two left feet and have sprained both ankles and one knee a few times, most recently I sprained my right ankle and it hasn't fully healed, it remains swollen from time to time So I decided to look for good quality but not insanely expensive braces and I found them. Since using it, my ankles are more secure and stable than ever. Can be worn with boots, does not tighten, does not itch, very comfortable! Highly Recommended!
