I bought it about 1 year ago and installed it in no time. They're a simple plug and play design, but it's important to note that the brightness of these things means you'll need to properly adjust your headlights once installed to avoid dazzling other drivers. However, they have a very clear and effective cutoff line, so once fitted you are ready to go. I bought these to replace aging and weak headlights for my truck. I bought a used truck and the goal here was to avoid installing a separate light bar. I find it helps in many cases! These headlights are so bright that unless you really need a big swath of bright light, you can easily get off the beaten track (in the forward direction, at least).
