Review on Ekoma by Matt Ellis

The platform was easy enough for our team of 5 people to use, but we still had some training required before it felt like "us" vs them. However once we figured out how to navigate the system, everything fell into place! We are able to quickly identify which customers need more attention/incentives in order to drive engagement & retention - something difficult with other platforms. Our goals were simply better understanding who needed what type of incentive or offer (loyalty points) to help retain their business through referrals from family members / friends.
