The platform was easy enough for our team of 5 people to use, but we still had some training required before it felt like "us" vs them. However once we figured out how to navigate the system, everything fell into place! I like how easy it is to use, and how well the platform integrates with other marketing channels. It's not very intuitive for new users, but once you get used to it, everything works great! There are some minor bugs here and there, but they're fixed quickly. The team at Ekoma listens to their customers and takes feedback seriously. The platform has been very responsive in helping us with our marketing needs, they have helped me plan my campaigns (using their analytics) for events across Europe as well!
