I like how easy it is to use, and how well the platform integrates with other marketing channels. It's not very intuitive for new users, but once you get used to it, everything works great! There are some minor bugs here and there, but they're fixed quickly. The team at Ekoma listens to their customers and takes feedback seriously. They are always looking to improve the product and make it better than what we've seen in our competitors. We have been able to increase brand awareness through cross-channel campaigns, and also drive traffic to our website.
