Good Platform for building cloud applications

I like how easy this tool is to implement in my application with its RESTful APIs which makes integration very quick as well as simple! Very little documentation required if any at all (which was great!). Nothing really but i think they should make sure their customer support team has enough resources available before making such changes/updates because sometimes there's no response from Support Team when we need help most!! Great platform overall though - Easy implementation process & good performance too once implemented :).

User friendly API endpoints that can be used for different types, e mail notifications etc.
Documentation provided along side client libraries are pretty straight forward :)
Ability To integrate other services within same ecosystem easily without much effort or development efforts needed.
No complex programming skills necessary
