Amazing thing! My friend showed me the little micro amps that are popular these days, but he recommended I buy a DAC because the sound is so-so after streaming from my phone. I thought DACs were digital audio cassettes from the past, but after a lot of research I found Fosi and their little amps and DACs. I had no idea these little boxes could clean up the sound so well! I probably spent three hours playing with it and a fourth plugging my headphones into the Fosi DAC and then back into the phone. The difference was day and night, I thought my Samsung S10 had good sound too! My daughter even came over to listen, she's 8 years old and she really thinks I'm a nerd now lol. I also used their help to check the Bluetooth range. My regular little amp has a line of sight of about 40 feet when I plug in my phone, but this amazing little preamp allowed her to climb the stairs to her room, which is the farthest with three walls between them, and no problem, then we tried outside and she came in the other corner of our 1/3 acre lot while I was inside. I have no idea how far we can even go because we've exhausted ourselves. I had to get her to walk down the street. I liked it so much I took it to work and plugged it into my car stereo and it sounded amazing there too! I will be buying two more, one for my outdoor speakers, one for my indoor setup and one for my car! I wouldn't want to buy a crappy amp like the one in the picture because it seems to me that the Fosi is much better, but I only bought mine for $20 and you get what you pay for. Honestly I can't think of anything I don't like about this little beast, if you don't have a DAC in your system you need one, trust me I haven't tried the others but this is BOSS!
