An Elite controller with a bit of character. Installation is very simple, just like the standard controller. Although I use my own tools, the tool provided will work for most people, but I've just found that these free tools hurt my fingers after a few tweaks. Comfort is exactly what I expect from a soft touch shell. Feels good and looks great. Unfortunately, the quality of use is extremely low. The XY AB keys now felt almost like built-in keys, which was disruptive to the game. Then there was the profile switch, with that faceplate the profile switch is weaker than some of the teeth I lost as a kid. The profile selector wiggled north and south, east and west in its slot. I've checked both faceplates, the official one and this replacement, and haven't seen anything obvious. Ultimately, I made this purchase to dress up my elite, but the quality made it feel like a stock Xbox One controller with a pretty face, loose buttons, and poor build quality. I went back to the stock face and all is good and tight. Now I cannot recommend this product. It may not have worked for me, but trying trial and error through a virtual storefront isn't ideal for modding. To Seller: Explore these features. and bring these bezels closer to a standard bezel in performance and I will definitely be buying them again.
