Review on ๐ŸŽง Enhance Work Productivity with Jabra Evolve 40 Professional Wired Headset โ€“ Superior Stereo Sound, MS-Optimized, and All-Day Comfort Design by Anand Singh แ Œ

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I recommend to buy, the product is of high quality.

I wanted to buy a USB headset that I could keep on my head for a long time and not get tired, as I used to with the Logitech PC Headset 960 USB, but at the same time get much better sound quality. Unfortunately, there was a mistake: the sound quality did not improve at all compared to the Logitech 960 - despite the fact that the device is 4 times more expensive. I specifically compared it with my Sennheiser HD 598 studio headphones. Of course, it was naive to expect the same quality from a headset, but I wanted at least a slight approximation to this ideal. But there was nothing close to it - even when connected to a professional sound card. It was not possible to get advantages in terms of sound, and at the same time the main convenience was gone: the Logitech 960 headset is completely โ€œweightlessโ€ and does not put pressure on the head - you can wear it for many hours and forget that it is on you. It doesn't work that way with this one. The size of the headband is such that the headphones barely fit on my head, they sit very tightly, and itโ€™s impossible to forget about them. At the slightest opportunity, they are drawn to take it off. Further, the cord, although its length was enough for me, but back to back, I would like a little more authentic, for greater freedom of action. But this is already a minor quibble. It is impossible not to note some advantages: the headset is assembled very high quality and looks catchy, especially with a red cord. Not like the Logitech 960 - you can see by those that this is a cheap Chinese craft. Further, one more unexpected plus: extraneous noises are worse heard in tight-fitting Jabra headphones :-) Alas, against the background of a much higher price, these advantages fade. As a result: at the price at which these headphones are now sold (about 5,000), I do not recommend buying them. The sound quality does not match the price at all.

Pros
  • - Very beautiful - Qualitatively assembled - Well equipped - Cool microphone holder on a magnet
Cons
  • - Quite expensive - Sound quality does not match the price - Not the best headband design - Difficult to wear for a long time - Cord not long enough

They are well suited for short but important telecommunications - the interlocutor will not hear noises and overtones), but it will be hard to sit in them for hours, they put pressure on the ears, and the sound quality is rather average.
