I don't know where to start. This is partly our fault. We mistakenly thought that maybe in the 21st century technology would have reached a point where we could get a cheaper battery charging station that could do 95% of what much more expensive truck devices could do. We thought this would serve as a suitable battery charging station in our single rack warehouse. Boy hello, were we ever wrong. From the first week there were many problems with this charger. Is the battery voltage below 5 volts? SORRY CAN'T HELP Accidental machine shutdown or battery failure? YES LOTS OF IT Wrong voltage readings? YUUUUUPC Cheap grip slips off like it's useless? OF COURSE I should have just returned it straight away but that's fine - I know better than to come to Revain to buy something I might need 3+ times. Save your hard-earned cash and buy a US-made device like Associated.
