Nice product - but the activating agent wasn't sent with it - two times!
This is a nice product, and one bottle will last for two hair colors (my hair is just above my shoulders), but the second and third times I ordered it no activating agent was sent.
- Loved the color darkest brown, it's so close to black and has lasted in my hair for quite a while.
- Does not come with a developer
