This is my favorite eye make-up remover. My eyes are incredibly sensitive and I have trouble with almost all removers. My eyes will burn, itch, or water if I try to use anything other than this. It's incredibly gentle and never irritates my eyes. I apply it to a cotton pad to remove makeup, then quickly run the other side of the pad under warm water and give my eyes a final wipe. This will remove the appearance of any "oily" residue left by the remover. It works very well, even with waterproof mascara and eyeliner.
