In general, having a scanner and printer together at home is a fantastic thing, and installing it and downloading the drivers was made simple by just searching for the model online. Nothing shakes when it is tightly packed. On initial print, has a faint plasticky smell. Paper reads clearly; it scans a little wonky, but it's not too bad. The software makes it easy to save scans and displays how much ink is left.
