Almost happy with purchase

Generally satisfied, but this printer has a software bug. The warning that the printer is out of paper keeps blinking. We updated the firmware, checked and cleaned the paper feed, read on the forums that others have the same problem.

Disappointed with cartridge life. No wonder HP wants you to make Instant Ink.

This is the first HP printer from which I'm disappointed I started printing a book with lots of color images and was happy with the quality, but I printed less than 100 pages and started skipping lines and printing weird color images. Now it only remains to print in green. Says low cartridge but still shows quarter color cartridge and low black. I don't think I will like color ink in one cartridge. I had 2 very bad experiences with this printer

Warning! I had 2 very unpleasant experiences with this printer. I really wanted this printer to work. The first one I bought was missing one of the main "starter" ink cartridges so I had to return it. Okay I thought annoying but just a weird bug. I then received a second one and although both cartridges were packed in the box I can't get them to stay online. It turns off automatically and I have to keep downloading the software to get it working again on my Mac. Then I read that all these…

HP supplies counterfeit cartridges

I am very disappointed in the HP ENVY Photo 7155 printer I set it up and put the ink cartridges that came with it. I had a small setup issue that was resolved with the help of an HP technician. This person suggested that I sign up for Instant Ink. I signed up for the program. A few weeks later, replacement cartridges arrived. Of course, the black ink ran out first. Good printer, bad ink Rule

What excites me the most is a printer that works with the ink that comes in the box (which is a selling feature since it comes with ink when you buy it ) they *require* to subscribe to their automatic ink replacement program, Instant Ink. It's literally the only way to complete printer setup. Good printer - Worst warranty service I've ever had

Love this printer, it's perfect for my needs and used it for seven months until it died. Then why should I give one star? Warranty service is terrible! I've been going through HP's various slow steps for three weeks, including a 'refurbished' replacement, and that didn't work either.
