2 major defects.1. The bag has an odd lack of shape - it tends to stick out on all sides and looks too big and ugly when carried. It looks more like a shapeless handbag than a messenger/office bag. Doesn't look like the picture during actual use.2. The pouch will continue to release brown powder paint that will stick to clothing. Even after weeks of use - I have no idea how much is left before it stops. Because of this, I've ruined a lot of dress pants and shirts. (It was bad on my right shoulder. Slight rubbing on my clothes was enough for it to continue fading its brown color and ruining my work clothes.) I stopped using it after about 3-4 weeks of use. I intend to try to return. I hope they return it without a fuss.
