The sides of those boots dug into my feet. It was unbearable. I played with them for about 4 hours and thought they would loosen or break. Today I had to change my shoes. My fees felt like walking on clouds after putting my old shoes back on. And here at home I have cuts on the sides of my legs from shoes. So it wasn't just uncomfortable. Don't skimp on shoes. Buy them somewhere you can try them on, or buy very good ones (i.e. expensive ones). That will probably cost money. You don't realize the importance of tennis or pickleball shoes until you have really bad shoes.
