I've worked at other companies where we would have to use an excel spreadsheet or google docs to keep track of our interview schedule (which was not ideal). With Responder it's all done automatically! There are no errors when adding new candidates/interviewers so that is great too. We love how easy this tool makes tracking clients' schedules super simple - there really isn't anything else like it out their right now which has made my life easier as far as client management goes!! It does take some time getting used to but once you do it will be worth your while because they're constantly improving things throughout every stage before launch. The ability to easily add more people if needed without having issues keeping everyone updated about who needs what information from them helps us manage workloads better than any existing system did previously.
