At first it looked like a blood pressure cuff on my arm. Second, it prevented my phone, which was in my pocket and was 6.69 inches, from being fully zipped up, even though the description says the phone compartment is 7.09 inches. as it has velcro that you can tighten. Fourth, the sleeve of my sport shirt looks really ugly and wrinkled since you have to adjust it so often. PS I wish I could think of a waist belt. (belt bag) before.
