Their customer support team was very helpful, they helped me figure out how to use their platform correctly for my business! They have been super responsive to our questions/needs during this process as well.
We are currently looking at other ways we could improve upon what is already there but overall it has definitely improved engagement with customers who frequent both of these platforms (FB & Whatsapp). Our goal in adding chat food was primarily just marketing benefits -- however, I do think it improves service quality by allowing us more control over orders than FB messenger does now.
