The Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge is by far my favorite. To use the sponge

As a makeup fanatic, I've tried different brands of makeup sponges. The Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge is by far my favorite. To use the sponge, soak it under water, squeeze out the water and blot/rub (or rub for a clean finish) whatever product you are using on your face. It has an oblong shape with a pointed end and a flat other. The flat end is great for applying blush, highlighter and finishing powder, while the pointed end is great for blending creams and liquid products around the nose and eyes. for a year or two before moving to Miracle Sponge. The miracle sponge seems to be a bit denser and has a slightly different shape. I've noticed that beauty blenders are also much more prone to tearing and tearing. Every off-brand beauty blender or Miracle Sponge-like I've tried has been terrible. They are much harder, denser and don't stretch as much in water. The Miracle Complexion Sponge is absolutely worth the money. It mixes liquids, powders and creams flawlessly and gives a very pleasant result. I've never had a problem with Miracle Sponge picking up too much product; If you're struggling with this, I would suggest either applying the product directly to your face rather than the back of your hand and then blending it out, or squeezing out a little less water. Wet or dry sponge can change the finish, but never use completely dry! Often I apply the whole face without eyes, lips and eyebrows with a miracle sponge. I find it gives a finish that is much closer to the skin than any brush. When I apply the product with a brush, I still often go over it with a sponge. Overall a great product and my favorite face makeup method! The sponge also takes up a lot less room in my bag than multiple brushes.
