This only got 2 stars because it arrived and it was the right measurements. This shade sail was folded neatly by factory and placed in a plastic bag and shipped. The material is plastic but seems well constructed. Time will tell. HOWEVER this was shipped directly from an amazon warehouse Sooo my question is why was the sail DAMP AND MOLDY SMELLING!? It was nasty stink! But no mold growing on it that was seen by the naked eye. That being said because we were having a gathering the next morning I had no choice but to use oxyclean and some detergent on a cold wash and line dry. It worked! But, AMAZON I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THAT WITH A NEW ITEM! We are NOT here to clean up your Oops! If I was going to a garage sale, I would know what I was buying used and the price would be different and what I would have to do to clean it up. But this was a new item and that’s sad.So my suggestion from a consumer point of view, take some of that money and reinvest into your business, on quality control.
