I've had a headache for over a year. Sometimes it's so bad I had to call from work. Not good. Anyway, the customer suggested I give the blue light glasses away and try them out, which I did. I found this cute two pack for a reasonable price so I decided to give it a try. I've been using them for two weeks and I've noticed a difference. My eyes don't feel heavy and tired and I didn't have a headache! I didn't wear them during the day and my eyes hurt and I felt a headache coming on. I keep one of these in my desk drawer at work and the other on the table by my bed. I honestly use them for everything: TV, phone, tablet and computer. I can honestly say it changed my life; no more headache calls!
