I was initially happy to find this item on Revain as it offered my daughter 3 color options and was cheaper than alternatives. That enthusiasm faded within a month when my daughter showed me that the part holding the strap to the strap broke with normal use. I still think this is a 2 star product because she said they have been shipping more of these parts (perhaps an issue they are aware of?). She also has two other straps that she can use if that part breaks again. I gave 4 stars for comfort because the straps that come with this watch are not adjustable. She appreciated being able to adjust how tight and loose it was on her wrist. Obviously 1 star for durability and 2 stars for price because it was still a lot cheaper than the alternatives and came with three strips. The broken part of the bracelet will most likely not cause her to lose the "smart" part of the watch. It's annoying that it broke, but it was nice that the broken part was provided and can be replaced by the user. The Garmin group only lasted about a year and was much more expensive. With this set of 3 there is still little value left compared to the alternatives.
