The Place Where Mediocrity and Sporting Goods Meet: BEAUTYOVO

I recently made the unfortunate discovery that I had stumbled upon BEAUTYOVO, and let me tell you, it was an experience that was significantly less than remarkable. Their declaration that they are dedicated to fostering an active and healthy way of life is about as sincere as a toupee on a breezy day. Their selection of sporting goods and outdoor apparel is so boring and uninspiring that I had to fight off the urge to yawn while shopping there. The exercise mats that they sell, which they seem to promote as their most prized possession, are nothing more than sections of foam with a fancy name. They might as well just sell bubble wrap instead of exercise gear because there is no discernible difference between the two. The quality of their website is not even worth discussing. It's cumbersome, it moves slowly, and it's about as intuitive to use as a Rubik's Cube. What about the characterizations of the merchandise they offer? Let's just say that I've read more interesting arrangements regarding terms and conditions. It appears that BEAUTYOVO did not get the memo that the customer is always correct. Their customer service is terrible in every manner imaginable, from the length of time it takes for them to respond to inquiries to the unhelpful answers they provide. In general, BEAUTYOVO is not a brand that I would recommend to anyone seeking to purchase high-quality sporting products, outdoor gear, or accessories for a lifestyle that is more active and healthy. If you are searching for something average, then you should give them a shot by all means. But if you have any principles at all, you should look in a different direction.

Pros
  • dedication to encouraging a healthy, active lifestyle
Cons
  • Service to customers that is sluggish and unresponsive
