Great product for managing patient data
The ease of use, customization options are amazing! It's very easy with this software system that you can customize each report or form in many different ways without having any technical knowledge needed at all!! This feature alone has saved me hours upon HOURS because I used it before knowing how much time was spent creating reports when there were so simple fixes available such us hiding columns etc.. My only concern right now would be if someone else had access but our IT department makes sure we keep everything safe. If anyone asks who made certain changes they did not make themselves then its just best practice always have your employees sign out whenever possible. We've been using LMSTM since 2014 during which time my organization expanded from 1 clinic location into 4 clinics plus an online site where patients could get appointments via video chat instead going thru phone lines & texting them back n forth about appointment times ect...
- All staff members love to see their own personalized data for patient visits as well being able do mass reporting across multiple locations easily by logging onto one computer/account is great also especially considering other methods like excel take up far too long even though most people already know what information needs inputted manually anyway
