I like that it's free for hobbyist use - they don't make you pay unless your project becomes successful enough (and even then there are ways around paying). It has been easy so far using this service; however when we have problems or need help from support staff things get difficult as our account isn’s very well known which makes communication hard because if someone doesn‘ t know who owns an issue/ticket etc., its not always clear where issues fall within what team / department handles them! We're solving some pretty complex technical challenges here at work but still find ourselves having trouble getting through tickets sometimes due to lack knowledge about how certain systems interact together internally.
