We bought 2 packs of these shelves. We wanted number 6, with our high ceilings, to go up the cut corner in the wall to add some height. We were pleasantly surprised by the lightweight yet durable quality of the wood. My husband installed the first 3 but when we opened the second package it had no hardware. I contacted the seller first and they were fantastic. They responded quickly and promised to ship the missing hardware and provided a tracking number. We received the gear with a handwritten note and a special gift. Recommend to everyone around!
