You will receive 12 polished, durable bamboo sticks in different shapes and sizes. They seem a bit pricey at around $80 but they seem to be well made and they really help the massage therapist and their clients. Let me start by saying I'm not a masseuse but I know a great massage when I get it. (Unfortunately, I also know a very bad 1.) I've taken the advice of other reviewers and watched YouTube on how to actually use these sticks. I'm really glad I did because while stuck at home during Covid-19 my shoulders really needed some work! The item was well packaged and all parts appear to be quite solid. They are easy to clean if you want to go down the route of using lotions. When I used it on my friend it really helped my hands and fingers. I didn't have to press hard because of using this product. he really liked my longer strides. I have to say that I ordered a heated case from this company and it makes a huge difference. The chopsticks were good on their own, but they were out of this world when heated. I hope that was helpful.
