I ordered a small collar for my Standard Australian Shepherd after reading several reviews advising owners to go one size down. In my case, this wasn't the best advice, and my dog needed a medium. I contacted the seller and asked how I could exchange the item and they very generously offered to ship the medium collar free on condition that I donate the smaller one. I received the medium collar today and it fits my boy just right. Big! He feels much more comfortable in it, the adjustment lets him continue to grow (as of January 2021 he is only about 10 months old).
