It was way better than I expected! I am surprisingly very impressed! My granddaughter LOVES to pretend to cook so I got her a nice big wooden kitchen for Christmas. She's already had a few "accessories" from her latest kitchen, but nothing remotely "realistic" like this set. She plays with this set the most! When I bought this I convinced myself that it would be very expensive and overpriced, but I was very wrong! There are several round wooden pieces in the set that are made for sausages, spinach and apparently parmesan cheese. "Sausages" are the only ones that look realistic and the only knee she plays with. Everything else in the set is amazing, cute, realistic and one of her favorite toys! Very well made and will last a long time (if she doesn't lose it). The noodles are made of felt and look very realistic. There is a velcro on the "fork" to pull out the noodles so the noodles stick to it! Oh so cute and funny. Not just for my granddaughter, but for anyone and everyone who comes to us on set and ends up playing with her for a very long time! Not just kids! All adults love it too!
