I had never heard of York before this month. Great shoes. I don't like the number of colors in shoes from other brands. One or two colors per pair of sneakers looks best. Everything about this shoe is great: light weight, unique triangular pattern on the outsole that sticks to both mud and asphalt. Round shoelaces are usually untied, and I need to know them twice, not on Yorkies. At first glance I didn't like the leather strap, now I like it, it's much easier to put on. Today I decided to run two miles, this is my first day in these shoes. They felt so good I ran 3 miles. I also thought they were snug at first like another review said, but they fit just right. I'll buy another pair maybe black and white or maroon, not sure I like red on maroon sneakers.
