These earbuds seem too good to be true for the price. The design is great, they fit perfectly in my ears and don't fall out even when running. The charging case is well made and the battery life is also great. Pairing and controls are very easy and user-friendly, and the instructions are clear. There are some technical issues that are a downer. The volume of the left earpiece is about 1/10 of the volume of the right one. I've tried this on multiple devices and can only conclude that it's some kind of hardware defect. When I use both headphones while mowing the lawn or doing other activities, the playback from my phone is inconsistent. Sometimes a few seconds of a song will skip or break out dozens of times per minute, making playing the song annoying and painful. I haven't had this problem with any of the several Bluetooth music devices I own. My "return window" on them seems to have closed, otherwise I would have sent them back in favor of something a little more expensive. You get what you pay for.
