First of all this mask is well made for the price. It has many lights to choose from. I was amazed by the benefits of LED light therapy. Every skin is different. I struggled with hyperpigmentation and melasma. After a few days of use, the hyperpigmentation increased. I used red, blue, green light for a total of about 15 minutes. My skin was a little warm and vibrant afterwards and the pigmentation darkened causing more discoloration. I don't think it's because of this particular product compared to LED bulbs. Therefore I will not use any LED product on my OWN SKIN. Many people may respond well to this product, but if you have issues with hyperpigmentation or melasma, be careful. Otherwise I think this product is well made and many other skin types can benefit from it.
