I like that it's been able to help me keep track of my contacts' emails in one place, whether they're being forwarded by myself or other team members! It does take some getting used too - but once you've found your way around everything is seamless from then on out (and this applies for both the desktop client & mobile app). The only issue we had was when our office shut down at 3am during an outage with no notice/warning beforehand. This made us lose all data stored locally through Desktop clients until next business day. They told us there would be automatic backups every 10 minutes which seems not true as now I have just discovered after another two days without notifications about any issues what so ever. We are solving problems related with managing contact information within teams internally using their internal address book functionality instead of wasting time searching people across different channels via multiple platforms such as social media etc.
