I bought this in January and it's still working. Charges my HP Specter fairly well. The only problem I've had lately is that the device gets REALLY hot and when it does the charging stops and starts randomly. I'm worried about this damaging my battery and it's quite annoying to charge my laptop while I'm using it as the brightness goes up and down along with the charge status. If I let the block cool down, this problem goes away. And the device doesn't heat up at all when I charge my laptop without using it. So it works, but not as well as we would like. I'll probably buy another one so I don't damage anything and keep this one for emergencies.
